I decided to build a budget-friendly home server, and here's what I put together for an incredibly affordable price. I went with an Intel i5-6500 (4 cores, 4 threads), which I snagged for just $10, a 256GB SATA SSD for $20, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, which also cost me only $20 and a ASRock bare bones kit, where I found on eBay for $50. Overall, this setup offers a great balance of performance and value.
A client reached out and asked if I could take a look at their office printer, which had been smudging prints. I agreed to give it a try. After inspecting it, I discovered that the excess ink tray was completely full and had started overflowing, causing the smudging problem. I was able to carefully clean it out and reset everything, after reassembling the printer, it was back to working like new—no more smudges and crisp prints once again!
